4. Job Seekers

As a job seeker on LocalsJob, you agree that:

• All information in your profile and resume is accurate and truthful
• You will not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
• You understand that applying for a job does not guarantee employment
• Your profile and CV may be shared with employers when you apply for positions
• You will not use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate job seeking

5. Employers

As an employer on LocalsJob, you agree that:

• All job listings are legitimate and comply with applicable employment laws
• You will not post discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading job listings
• You will use applicant data solely for recruitment purposes
• You will comply with all data protection regulations regarding candidate information
• Payment for premium services is non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Post spam, malicious content, or unauthorized advertisements
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without permission
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to interact with the Platform without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content on LocalsJob, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of LocalsJob or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written consent.

8. User Content

By posting content on LocalsJob (including resumes, job listings, and reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for its accuracy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LocalsJob is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse or guarantee any employer, job listing, or candidate on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalsJob and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalsJob, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of LocalsJob following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
