Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop visually engaging websites that are responsive and user-friendly.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that the design vision is executed accurately in the final product.
- Maintain and enhance existing websites, ensuring they meet modern web standards and are optimized for performance.
- Implement best practices in web design, including mobile-first design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and tools.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the web design aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve website designs.
- Create and optimize graphics and images for websites.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and web design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating web design projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
