Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process on-site, from initial planning to project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within the allocated time and budget.
- Supervise site operations, including labor management, materials handling, and equipment usage.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor progress and performance of construction projects, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and submit reports on project status, budget, and timelines to senior management.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement construction strategies and solutions.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Construction Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
