Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons to students at various proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies, materials, and activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare students for language proficiency tests such as the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language practice.
- Integrate cultural elements into lessons to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of Japanese society and customs.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language education trends.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in the Japanese language, with a strong command of both spoken and written Japanese.
- Teaching experience in Japanese as a foreign language, preferably in a professional or academic setting.
- Familiarity with the JLPT and other relevant language proficiency tests.
- Strong understanding of Japanese culture and the ability to convey cultural nuances to students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese language, education, or a related field.
- Certification in Japanese language teaching (e.g., JLPT N4/N5, or equivalent) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience teaching Japanese to non-native speakers.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
