DigSigo Technology is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s business goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, mediating disputes, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Conduct performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including managing employee records and contracts.
- Organize and oversee employee training and development initiatives.
- Develop and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other incentives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
- Monitor and manage HR metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Nepal.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
